Shipping and delivery
Your order will be processed in 2-3 working days after your payment. Delivery will take around 7-10 working days (depending on the covid situation).
We will send the package via DHL or FedEx or any other express courier and the declared value will be around 20usd per bag. It will be discrete and lower value because of the customs purposes.
You will also get a tracking number for your parcel via e-mail.
We will guide you through the entire delivery process and update you about every step. You can track your order at any time and we will make sure it arrives safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once you place an order with us, we immediately get to work preparing and packing your bags in our warehouse in China. In just a couple of days, your parcel will be picked up by an express courier. We use a special delivery channel that makes sure your package arrives safely and is not seized by customs. We'll also update you on the tracking number a few days after pick-up. So you can always monitor the status of your delivery.
After you receive the tracking number you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please be patient because the tracking may need more time to update the real parcel status. When it is in the air it takes only a few days before reaching your destination. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you.
After the package arrives at the destination country's sorting hub, it only takes a day or two for it to reach your address. The customs import process is generally straightforward, and you shouldn't have to pay any additional fees. Enjoy your purchase!
If the customs office in your country demands the details about the package or order confirmation, you have to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide the right documents for you. This can happen in European countries.
